cut a long story short, had to go back, check for life etc etc only to find a woman in 3 pieces.

got a letter today from my solicitor saying that CICa (criminal injuries compensation association) will not pay out because my injuries were not "severe enough" to warrant a claim.

fuck me - i see dead people and was seeing the company counciller on a regular basis to keep me from going insane, and then i'm told that i cannot claim due to my condition not been serious enough? - not even offered to pay my loss of earnings due to the incident
