-extinguisher is compulsary in Belgium, not Germany.
-medical form not needed
-accident form not compulsary but handy anyway
-triangle not compulsary in all countries if you have working alarmlights
-112 is emergency services number in Holland but i didn't think it was the same all over Europe....
