Just book a hotel near the ring. 3 nights B&B.
Book a train between 7 and 9 on 9th September. Follow the others going.
I can give you some e-mails to English speaking hotel if you want, and the travel agents number is on P1 of his thread.
You will need about £130 for laps of the ring (12 laps should suffice)
