Cam - I think you missed the point of what I'm trying to say. I'm saying yes the UK is multicultural and all the better for it but why do certain groups seek to alienate themselves from others then be downright rude and themselves rascist?
Because in a free society you can do what the hell you want and I am all for that as long as its not causing others harm.

Lets cut this discussion short - IMO it comes down to this. Some people choose to interpret their religion in a way that incites hatred and that can't be right.
The growing "burn the Mosques" "Ship all Pakis/Muslims home" sentiments and other sweeping generalisations (even being expressed on here) are just as insane as the "all westerners are evil and must die" propaganda that a tiny minority of Islamic radicals are spouting.
