Nope, i totally appreciate where you're coming from, i really do. I know what its like to have your work slandered... i work in IT... everything is my fault lol! I just think you should have maybe curbed your anger for a day, then maybe replied in a more pidlomatic manor... ie, no caps lock gives the impression of aggression... nodoy wants to take their car or car parts somewhere where they may feel intimidated by staff... which is the impression i get from your reply... i dont mean to cause offence.. just trying to give you a clients perspective.
