Yep is cool!

I do some design work for an opticians. When I meet him he was using a dodgy back street printer and his stuff was cr*p! We have been doing really top notvh stuff for the money he is paying for about 2 years now.

A couple of weeks ago we did a quote for some designs, he came back and said he felt it was to expensive and as he had used us for some time, we would look at the quote and reduce it.

No please just told us we would

We replied by telling him he gets top quality design for a very cheap price and never to question our prices, and that if he wasn't happy he should go else where.

He came grovelling back and has never questioned us since!
