first i would set the actuator wound out, and put it on, incase its set to high and u blow it up!,

crank your engine over for a while to get some oil into the turbo, just pull the coil wire off,

if u run the same boost as before u shouldnt need a setup, if in standard form, unless u dont know how to set the boost up, take it to a tuner
