
Apology time - and rightly so. The reference to the PULL OVER FOR FASTER CARS rule was not directed at the owner of the vehicle mentioned in the paragraph following that point (Hence the new paragraph, but of course easily misinterpreted - my fault)
As mentioned above - the incident was my misinterpretation of the situation - which is why I apologised to the owner concerned at the end of that session. Thankfully no harm done and lesson learned by me
My rant about people not pulling over for faster cars still stands however, as overtaking is invariably risky at the best of times! During my briefing the instructor clearly advised that there were no BLUE flags to worn of faster drivers, but that slower drivers should allow room for faster drivers to pass. To those that indicated and pulled over for me (as I did for 3 others), TA
