Because he is going to work with a top bloke who is sooooo much fun to be around and work on and with interesting cars and people. He is going to learn sooo much and have a great laugh whilst earning money doing a job that he has genuine interest in.

I know its not the real meaning of the word, but some people would call him 'lucky' to be in that position.
