Hiya David why not tap into your windscreen washer bottle and use that i also used windscreen washer pump to pump water and some misting nozzles from garden weed spray bottles;_)

If youv got a fmi there isnt much point in water spray for coolers, probably beter off looking into water injection into boost circuit instead
