LOL what a day. A mate of mine was going up as this is the first year that R33GTR's don't need an SVA test and he wanted to see what they went for.

It was foookin awesome. Yeah a trade only place, pre-registration only, and £500 to get in the door. But 300+ lots including Supra twin turbo's, Skylines, scoobies, GTiR's, EVO's and a zillion Pajero's

I couldn't get over some of the prices. There were three RX7's and they went for between £2,700 and £3,300 they were all the last shape one and had below 60k miles. There were 2 EVO2's and I think I had a touch with mine at £2,700 its in great nick, not a mark on the body, a nice standard car. It blows no smoke or anything. The only mod is a bit of an exhaust, although the standard exhaust came with it in the car as well!!!

Most of the cars were bought by three traders, they must of bought 60+ cars each it was mental and the cars were sellling in about a minute or less, it was manic!!

The EVO 4's (about 6 of them) all mint and all went for about 5k

There were about 10 scoobies, Rentoon's was probably the best of them and I got that for £2,900.

Steve, the Skyline GTS Turbos were R33's mate at between £1,800 and £2,500, such a lot of car for the money.

And the bad boy of the day, the R33 GTR V spec with a GUARENTEED 22,000 miles on the clock went for £9k and it also was immaculate.

The thing is I don't really know why I bought the EVO, I guess cus it was there, god knows what I am gonna do with it. I have to get it MOT'd and then registered and then I guess we'll see how long it takes to blow to bits, mind you I have been told they can fetch over £4k, so perhaps I will just sell it!!!

Yes Pork chop, you would have been a fookin nightmare, we would have needed a car transporter if you had come today!!!

I will be on the M6 tomorrow morning in the van, with the trailer on to fetch Rentoon's scoob back!!!!
