Well, personally, with 17" wheels the ride of the RST is fooked I have 17"'s dropped 25mm and it is plenty. With 16's you can probably get away with 40mm, but it will scrape with a few people in the car no doubt.

Remember the lower the car goes the quicker things & bushes, tyres wear out
