I have been fag free for just over 3 months, and i dont miss it one bit. the other half still smokes but he has to go out in the back garden now. the smell of smoke makes me want to heave. i started of using the patches, but then went on holiday and vanity stopped me from wearing a patch in the states, so took them off, but never looked back. the worst time for me was the first few days, i was MANIC my house had never looked so clean!!!!!!

as others have said if I can do it anyone can!

the hardest part is the first day, then you get thru that 24 hours and think " i can do another 24 hours" and so on and so on.
if you can stick out the first 24 hours you can do it!

Good Luck mate, it's not easy, but it's worth it in the long run.
