i had been smokeing for about 28/29 years ... iam 43 old know ..

i got up 1 day in march, and some 1 told me it was no smokeing day, i have not had a fag from that day ..... you have realy got to whant to give up, not just talk about it, or it ant gonna happen m8.... but i wish you good luck if you do give it up,
becouse it is a killer..
