that's what i was going to do with mine until a change of plan has forced me into putting in the cossie engine. i even bought a couple of tubular steel exhaust fanimolds for it to fabricate up for turbo's. i would've gone for escort or fiesta rs turbo units, as they are plentiful and cheap (due to people upgrading to t3's) and just had a nice low boost setup to up the midrange nicely.
what did you plan on using to add extra fuel and timing?
one advantage (the only one) of the 2.8 head design is that there are only two ports, so all I have to do is run two tubes to the turbo and be done with it. LOL. damn this is starting to sound easier than I originally thought.
The scorp will be used as a daily driver (long drives) and towing the sierra to race events. so I just want a lil more kick in the rear (all four) once in awhile, but still maintain gas mileage. turbos can if configured right... improve fuel economy.
