the plugs should be gapped at 0.75mm mate
(there is a funny way of gapping motorcraft plugs though i think hold the feeler gauge at 30 degrees i think)

the phase sensor should be 0.8 mm from the Lobes on the dizzy shaft.

If its misfiring, its probably worth checking the Crank position sensor too mate
(senses the lobes on the main crank pully) that should be 0.75mm from the tip
of the the 4 lobes (check all 4 lobes are ok too)
