So the BHP/ Terminal Speed rule relates to what RPM you were running at the precise moment that you crossed the line?? So, if I drop a cog just as I pass the line and hit 12,000RPM, then my car will suddenly be 500bhp will it?? OK, so I would be taking it home in various boxes, but just to make a point, eh?
