Daz, any way of knowing if the servo or the master cylinder / resi is the problem for drawing of air?

I think either my servo or master cylinder may have a slight air leak as you mention as when we bled the brakes up a while back you could here "air" when the pedal was being depressed..... not sure if this is normal or not though....but maybe it would explain my slight pedal travel....
