[jano mode] There are two big letters stamped into them [/jano mode]



if i can remember rightly each tooth was about 4 degrees crankshaft timing.

so its understandable that its hard to spot a degree or two difference in them.
can you not get it accurate enough with a rule, mark the quadrants and see where the most vertical tooth is in relation to the keyway?
