PMSL!!! Open the boot - lift up the carpet - you'll see at the front (nearest the bumper) theres a round silver knob type object. Using the end of your wheel wrench thats supplied with the car - unscrew it & the wheel will slowly lower. You can get it to a certain stage & lift the holder off this mechanism!!! HTH!!
