I'm starting a course in childcare and one of the subjects is English...

Now to in order to lower my workload I'd like to be exempt from taking English and I can accomplish that by sending in a letter, or letters, to attest that I have a good command of the English language. This letter, or letters, will have to be written by one of my foreign ex-employers or for example someone with a degree in English or a an English teacher.

Who can help me out here?
