just reiceved a email from pay pal

title paypal security measurse

I think this might be a dodgy email and not from them as in the securitry section its asking for my card details
Ie 16 digit card number
expiry date
last 3 numbers on back
and the last bit your 4 didit pin number which im sure is not right

any one else got this emal and if so should i treat it as a virus and ignotre it?
