Just to let you know that despite working for PruPIM I'm getting a ton of emails through from Egg customers. Apparently it happens a fair bit but when customers mail the Egg Service Desk, we here at OUR service desk gets the mails. Obviously we wouldn't usually care, but these mails are sent through with people's names, addresses, postcodes, accoutn nu,bers, sort codes and card numbers.

We're (fairly ) honest people so have been getting back to everyone, but you can never be too careful.
