I had real trouble finding the compressor for my early '93 escos, the compressor was mounted by 3 bolts and loaded (pipes in/out) from the top towards the back and our friends at ford say it's not available anymore, which is handy! They did do a kit to update it to the later setup, but this costs a small fortune. As your escos is a '95 it is most probably the later model compressor which mounts with 4 bolts and loads from the back. I believe this is fitted to a few different ford models including a european mondeo 2.0 petrol 93-97ish. I have seen ford explorer compressors which look very similar to me, which could mean it is locally available to you. The mondeo compressor I had was made by Nippon Denso (it was bought in the far east) but I think there was more than one manufaturer.
