Toe Knee your temp switch isn't knackered is it m8 ???????

Failing that is it blowing hot air inside the vechle might be blocked matrix

as you have removed the stat it will as a rule take the coolant in the header tank longer as in the engine to warm up

And Failing all those ideas head gasket ?
