removing the ecu power will clear its fault codes adn it KAM (keep alaive memory) included in thsi are its idle and drive values, unless these have been re learnt properly it may still run crap even though there is nithing phisically wonrg or broken anymoe, ie, if the garage found a fault and fixed it, they may not have re learnt its idle and drive values....
