Try a mk3 escort first
Stay clear of the oil filled mk3 escort diesel or mk1 1.6 Orion mounts. Expensive as hell to replace and they don't really take the turbo power.

In the picture I also notice htat the ARB is not connected to the reaction bars. The brackets are missing. They original ones usually break when one opens them up. Furthermore, they are not available anymore, but quite many people seem to offer machined alloy replacements.
