Funny u should say all that

Not 100% sure how it was wired up before as i didnt take it all out lol, but thought i'd try and use the wire that was connected to pin 16 (wire has been cut to go to switch and not used) and it seemed to be clicking on and off with the engine running so hoepfully baiscally what u have said has happened

Basically it was re-wired with a live feed not an earth which im guessing was causing the prob!! had alot of the interior wiring sorted by a mate but he doesnt know bout things like that, so 1 wire out of the million he sorted isnt too bad

Will know tomorrow when i take her for a spin, but cheers for ur help mate much apreciated
