Chip, exactly what I was thinking, in truth the ONLY thing stopping me from making a decision here and now is my job. Need to have a proper chat with my Manager when I get back to see exactly where im headed in the Company as I dont want to pass up this oppourtunity to be stuck in the same position for another year.
