I've been totally owned by this and it's a total bastard to remove....the link gives good detail.....I ended up partitioning my hard drive and reinstalling my OS to get rid!

Got it from d/loading the new Gorillaz album from MININOVA.org as a .rar file and not checking what was in the compressed file before i opened it....like a plank I am...oh well we live and learn.
