....i had no idea that the head on my S1 was a BIG VALVE head, stage whatever with polished this, and ported that....even Gemma (Seve@RSX's wife said "fookin ell, their big ones (with a wink and a smile

well, i had no idea, thought it was standard
so, this is all now put back to perfect and ready to go back on the engine....
again, i have an uprated cam but not 100% sure which one....
so, question is...
1) is there a particluar cam that would really suit this head??!?
2) whats the best way to drive (revs, etc, etc) to get the best out of the head?!?!?
hopefully this is not all bollocks that has come out of my mouth but it wouldn't be the first time if it was........
