mate, i have to disagree on this. It's not the sugar, or the aspartam, or anything that causes bad health and weight gain.
It's just taking them in excess.
And 2 liters of soda in one meal is far two much, considering that what a body NEEDS to be healthy is 2 liters of WATER per DAY.
