4x4 engine i said i think? What would be best you think, hes gonna appreciate all the comments so might aswel knock em out, He wanted RWD originaly because mostley every performance car is RWD ie: Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche etc..
I like 205s a lot, in fact i even used to have one (all be it an mi16 one not a standard one) but i cant see why in the world anyone wanting a rwd car would start with one.

Lets look at it logicaly:
He will spend a LOT of money just to get where he would be in the first place if he bought an escort mk2 or a manta or something in the first place.
The shells arent exactly the most sturdy thing in the world, they crack around the back end just from cornering hard.
The only real redeeming feature they have is the fantastic handling but thats going to be irrelevant as none of the suspension etc will remain, so its not going to be a 205 anymore, just a mk2 escort or similar that happens to look like a 205.

Pointless waste of time when he could just buy a 3door for the same money and use that if he wants rwd cossie power.
It would actually hold its value too then
