I find my cbr600 F2 has much, much more torque (or certainly a feeling of more torque - never had it dyno'd) than my older carb'd cbr6. Lose a tooth on the front cog and 50mph in 6th will be surprisingly responsive. Cane it thru the gears and 172mph @ 14.5krpm pops up way too easy, its almost boring...
My mate took it for a rip and said it would slaughter his 916 (which I rate BTW). Fuel injected modern bike engines make a puny 600 feel like a 1000.
Think I would soil myself (front AND back) if I rode the new 'blade
Power commander is the way to go as far as ECU upgrades are concerned. Very flexible.
