Hmmm, tough one... I used to just use proper OE ford ones, and change them regularly, but then I went to Powerflex up front.

The car is harsher, no doubt at all, but I get better turn in, and more stability under HARD braking.

Overall, I'd say they are worthwhile - they do alter the handling, and I'd say for the better. I would question folk who say 'oh they transform the car' though. Without doubt they change the handling, but the actual improvement is slight.

On the back, I've replaced std ford sapphire items with T34 Escort jobs - theyre a meatier bush, so hopefully it will be tighter but without it being too harsh
