reason for not distributing music and software on PF is simple - if the owner of the site (in this case Stu/Pet) are found guilty of letting pirate software music etc etc be distributed freely within the site, then they are liable to face legal proceedings - and it wouldn't be the first time Stu has recieved a "Cease and deceased" order from the copyright owners, and i'm more than sure he does not want to recieve another.
