100% accurate when it tells you someone has blocked you i believe, but not 100% when it doesnt.
Ie it only knows when there is an open window but they have blocked you or something like that, leasts thats how it was on the early versions of msn.
Would it not also show this if there status was appear offline, and they hadn't blocked you?
