im with tony on this - but you prob will have no idea what we are on about
the setup for a road car is very dependant on so many things its untrue, what most people forget about is valveing. the spring rates can change so much with valving, and also piston diameter affects damping rates via valving, all this is even before we get to spring rates.
ive spent over 8 years experimenting with bilstein inverted tube units before i found a damping rate and spring rate i can use on tarmac and gravel ( not the same unit btw) but for me to tell you what rate and spring you would have to a, have the same weight of car, b, have the same unsprung weight as i have, c, have the same damper units i have, d, have the same conditions i have, e, drive like i do, do i need to go on ???
springs cost fook all , damping in very important and to change can mean a full set of dampers , speak to the manufacturer not the supplier tell them the spec and use - get them valved specific
