A set of Ford 071 plugs will be fine, only £15 from R+B motorsport.

Think they will be set at about .6 or .7.


Not sure if you could over haul your turbo yourself as these need to be balanced to a very high speed.

if you do want a kit though Stu at MDevelopments from blackpool does these i think.
