Hi all thanks for the replies on my other post guys and after reading here i have noticed that some people say if you have a normal Chip not to use an amal valve...i am pretty sure my car is standard chipped and there is a amal valve on it????? firstly how can i tell the chip is standard or not (i looked at it after undoing all the 1 million screws holding it together and the soldering looked original and the chip looked "normal" ie no stickers etc etc although it has 2 letters on it in perm pen) secondly lets assume the chip is original ass the car is only running 0.5 bar (7psi ish) should i remove the amal valve or not? and if so where should the 3 hoses go?????????
It might also help to mention there is a bleed valve also on the car...(car is as i bought it) should these be on together?????
The reason i am asking all this is the car is making some wierd banging clicking noises under load (Bottom end???) or maybe "pinking?????? everyone i ask tells me different things??? Please help me

The car runs ok except the noises and i know i should get it tuned but i dont want to be ripped off!!!! Until i find a reputable Garage ill have to fend for myself.....(the bottom end pinking above i have remembered if i turn the dissy the noises disapear but the car doesnt boost properly)
Thanks guys for reading this 50000000 word essay and keep up the good work love the site and it has helped me incredibly as this is my first RST.....
