Hello fellow cossie peeps

I just joined this forum today so im a newbie hear and have sent payment to become a gold member.

I have an f reg saph 2wd cossie running around 25 psi boost on greens not sure what bhp as I have only had the car for 2 weeks. I think she is on a stage 2 chip standard turbo.....
I have just finished running it in from a rebuild and have plumed my turbo back up to run as it should as it was connected up straight to the actuator from 10 psi.

The car now misfires when under boost

I want to change the spark plugs and im aware of the other things to check like timing sensor leads coil and a leaking manifold,

I want to know what spark plugs are best to use and what sort of gap they should be set too
At the moment I have set them to the cossie workshop manual but understand when running more boost from standard you need to adjust the gap accordingly
I have had a surch around on the forum but can’t find what im looking for...
Can someone please help as I wanted to try and get this done this weekend????

Also dose anyone knows where the best place is to get a turbo overall kit as its smoking on idle after a drive, all compression checks are good and the plugs are dry. Wanted to check out the turbo b4 looking in to valve steam seals
