I run 325lb front and 171lb rears on LEDAs, which have MUCH higher damping rates than the AVOs though.

I found that anything above 200lb is WAY to hard for a road car on the back (even on my 1275kg Sapphire). Also 400lb springs on the front of this were fine on track, but caused understeer on the road.
