buy a cam kit, your standard cam is problerly fooked now anyway, and will quickly ruin new tappets u install, just go for a not so lairy cam, like a kent cvh 34 or something, if u intend to keep it standard.

my standard cam lasted about 120k then it just started eating tappets up every couple of months!
