Haynes circuit favours EVO's with the standard turbo's fitted, as it is very tight and twisty, with 3 hairpins and no real straight as such.........In the past when it has been damp the FTD has often been done by bog standard EVO on good tyres.
Chip, I went out in Dave C's Blue R-32 Golf (he was at the ring a couple of weeks ago when you were there)....he managed a very respectable 78.88......he was'nt trying too hard as he only drove this circuit once before quite a while back on a VW sprint day.
