I've got the insurance on my Packard Bell - they have repaired it 4 times alledgedly since i dropped it, the idiots and i'm sure they have used 2nd hand parts to do so.

I had the laptop between my legs, getting stuff out of the car and it somehow fell on the floor.
To date it's had, a new mainboard at a cost of £432, 2 new fans, 2 new heat sinks and a battery. Not good
