it has been reported many times that there is nothing wrong with using a 205 block upto a certain level of BHP i.e. 400 -450.

Also many people out there still use the 205 in big power cossies and have never had a issue. i think its mostly pot luck with any 200 or 205. you can get a good block or a crap one.
