The only tuner who knows about Cossie a bit here says that he never ever encountered ABS pump failure exept from mechanical damage from outside. I know because I asked couple of wweeks ago when I had brakes problems. But maybe it's that swtch. There is procedure for changing it described in manual.


Also I had problems with the plug socket on pump motor but if you don't get live feed when ignition on it is not the case. In my case the socket was completly rotten on the inside. Had to remove plastic covers on pump motor and solder it properly.
