The port injection angle is much steeper than it may at first look due to teh spray pattern Dave, unless the photo isnt a good representation of your issue
It was a typically shite photo!
looking down the injector hole the gasket was down nealy half way! maybe not such a problem with greens but on blues i think that what cause me to nip a ring on number two! Guess this is because this is where the oil runs down from the rocker cover cap and lubes
that part of the gasket up!
Who knows just put a Cometic one on it you
