Hi guys, need some help with parts.

Firstly, i need the chrome strip that goes in the bumpers.Ive been to Ford and came out laughing, so does anyone know where to get it from for a non-astronomical price?
Secondly, its got an 88 spec front bumper and its missing the rubber lower lip Does anyone have one thats not been painted and is in good nick?
hope you can help guys, two little detail pieces but the car looks odd without them
