Tbh the frst's are really bad for it,a m8 of mine used to drive round with his heater on hot and the internal fans going like the clappers in the summer,he used to have to hang out the window as it got so hot in the car. A system flush would be a good idea to remove any crap and a over ride fan switch for use in traffic is wise too. You'll notice once you get moving the temp stays reasonable,airflow is key with rsts overheating,maybe a bumper mod in order to get more air to the rad perhaps? There is a cosmetic issue then ofcourse.
